I came to real estate after a 20 year career in consumer banking including 6 years as a mortgage loan officer and underwriter. I have underwritten over 3,000 mortgage applications (1,000 transactions, $750 Million in Mortgage Loans or $1 Billion in Real Estate transactions) across the country mostly in the wealth and affluent segment. I got my real estate license in 2006 and started a property management firm - HREM Property Management and began my career in real estate. I have owned and managed rental properties, converted properties from rental to condo and have served on the board of my condo association for 14 years. This broad experience positions me uniquely to guide clients through the entire process - discerning client needs and timeframe, helping find that property that meets their needs and style, reviewing property financial statements for soundness, helping people understand the appraisal and acting as a counterpoint to the mortgage broker. I have lived in Hoboken for over 15 years and have in depth knowledge of the market, the neighborhoods and the local scene.
