ReplyAnd breaking news...
Hoboken Councilwoman Beth Mason and hubby gave Jersey City' Mayor Healy's campaign $46,000. Holy cow. That's enough cash to choke a horse (no pun intended, Horsey).
So what exactly is she getting for all that $$$$?

Thanks Dave, honey. "Taking a lot of heat" is the nature of blogging and online political discourse. You know what they say: if you can't take the heat... then get out of the kitchen.
You best get some legal advice before you start your outing-campaign. You are a limited-public-figure at least if not a full-fledged public figure in Hoboken- your involvement with political campaigns, appearances at the City Council advocating for public policy and efforts to influence election outcomes, letters published in the HR, etc. etc. etc. and you need to understand how your own actions engender the criticism you call 'cyber-bullying'. Look at others who have been attacked more viciously than yourself for years and have not cried 'cyber-bully' nor filed a frivolous lawsuit. It is very, very easy to file a complaint, no matter how frivolous. Those who file a frivolous complaint subject themselves to Court sanctions and damages, and the possibility of a counter-suit.
But, again. My best advice to you which you ought to take very seriously is to get legal advice- and from no one connected to Beth Mason. They will encourage you to take a swing whether or not that gets you in very hot water.
As for the backtracking on the 'WE'- not buying.

Note the passive voice: "a list has been created." Abracadabra. Hocus Pocus. The 'list' created itself.
Who is working with you on this list? Do you plan to republish the vicious comments of vicious Hoboken411 posters or does 'Liebler's List' only attack Reformers?
Without subpoenas, how do you KNOW who the anons are? You cant. Has AOL given you IPs? Has Google given you IPs? Has nj.com given you IPs? That's step one. Then you have to go to individual ISPs for names.
That is the only way.
So, the acquisition of names from Liebler's List requires a significant cash investment. Who's underwriting this? Who are the others making this list with you?
Google and AOL do not give up IPs. If you were told they did, someone is blowing smoke up your, you know.

ReplyThe production of meth is extremely dangerous, involving COOKING with toxic highly flammable chemicals. How the hell could this have gone on in an HHA building filled with families, 1000 feet from a school? Rivera was illegally subletting her apt. for the meth lab, and surely the smell, foot traffic from drug dealing was known. What if the lab had exploded? The buck stops with the building management- the ED.
http://www.methaddictiontreatment.com/page2.htm
Methamphetamine may be produced using many different methods, each of which has its dangers and advantages. Because so many of the chemicals used in making methamphetamine are toxic, and because the process of making amphetamine produces poisonous and flammable byproducts, to make methamphetamine is a dangerous business.
Making methamphetamine is simple, cheap, and very dangerous. Recipes that describe how to make methamphetamine can be found on the internet and in books. There are several different methods of making methamphetamine, most of which require the use of caustic chemicals such as lye, ether, acetone, and phosphorous.

ReplyHoly cow. Well, guess what: Ms. Rivera is a "campaign worker" listed on Tim Occhipinti's 2010 and 2011 ELEC reports:
Further she worked in both of Occhipinti's 2010 and 2011 races, and was paid respectively $40 and $35. I wonder why the pay cut?
This raises many questions of oversight in the HHA. How can a meth lab with folks coming and going at all hours and RENTING OUT ROOMS occur under the nose of the HHA Executive Director?

PP, facts are not aspersions.
Fact: you are Tim Occhipinti's buddy and are here shilling for him without publicly disclosing that you have a close social relationship with him. That's a fact, not an aspersion. Unless you are ashamed of your friendship with Occhipinti, I do not know why you would hide that fact here as you pretend to be a neutral critic, driven by "passion for public policy and governance". Clearly you are not. The fact you attack the person (me) who points that is interesting.
Now, repeating the public, scurrilous attacks of political operatives and the allegations of a politically-motivated, frivolous SLAPP suit are aspersions.
When are you moving?
