FAP, are you calling me a troll? Not sure I am feeling any love here. It is no secret that Liebler is working for Beth now. He is knee deep in the anchovy poo and is part of her effort to rehabilitate herself. The whole lawsuit thingy is a a sham and has been about exposing screen names, a carefully concocted "strategy" by the two screwball plaintiffs to go "underground" and pretend not to be themselves (or public figures) so they could get the identities of the screen names. Know lots more but got yelled at already for saying too much. So will just leave it alone for now. Liebler is just so effing dumb that he confirmed their strategy in puiblic.

ReplySo am I correct that DL, who failed in his business to promote Hoboken's night life has now been hired to rehabilitate Ruben's image? Mr. I never met a slot on a public payroll that I couldnt pass up? The guy is worse than Stick Romano and his 120k pension living in Marineview and owning L&J Bar. Put Ruben in City Hall and his momma will be back in a nano second at 100k a year as head of "constituent services", the first person Judy Tripodi canned when she came in as state fiscal monitor. There is not enough time to have RR run from all of his baggage. DL can yap all he ants, the there is just way to much sordid stuff out there for anyone to believe that RR would do 1/100th of the job that the Mayor is doing. This whole idea of formulating a campaign strategy around the mayor's alleged "incompetence" is hysterically funny, and pathetic indication of just how weak a candidate RR really is.

I guess you missed the news that his mother was gravely ill and passed away the morning after the meeting. That he participated by phone says a lot to me about his dedication and character. Your criticism of JS says a lot to me about your lack of character.

Does anyone know exactly what TO's qualifications are to become a more "competent" mayor then DZ? His performances so far at CC meetigns, his dumb OpEd pieces, his mysterious VBM election victory paid for by BM dont exactly scream "competent". What does he really do during the day? Is it something that calls for him to make executive decision, lead people, understand finance? He just seems to me to be "acting" what he thinks a politician should be doing. Very scripted and not really able to articulate anything of substance or offer any critical insight or analysis. I cant imagine that he actually has a very responsible job. I heard from various people that he worked his way up from mail room errand boy to help desk jockey. Not much to vouch for his "competence". PP - everyone knows you are his BFF, so let us in on TO's competent executive experience that backs up his claims.
