Stacy Mello, Neighbor

May will be my first month as Cultural Care Au Pair’s Hudson County Local Childcare Coordinator. My name is Stacy Mello and I live in Hoboken, NJ with my husband and 4-year-old daughter.

Like everyone else, I live a busy life.  I  work full time as a TV Producer, my husband is a Hobooken City Councilman and my daughter is finishing up a full day Pre-K program in June, starting Kindergarden in September. Even though schedules are full, one of the things I’m really excited about is working with families to help them find affoardable childcare.  I spend a lot of time on the playground, in playdates, dance class or soccer practice, talking to friends, neighbors and fellow parents about all things family related. One of the biggest topics of discussion is always childcare. Having an au pair in this type of enviroment is a wonderful opportunity for both families and au pairs.  Hoboken and it’s surrounding areas, has a wealth of resources to families and I am really looking forward to learning and sharing all that I know and discover with you!
